Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the unique and delicate nature of mineral specimens, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This policy is consistent with our Etsy shop policies and is designed to protect the integrity and handling of each piece.

Order Issues or Concerns

Your satisfaction is important to us.
If there is a problem with your order — such as damage during transit, missing items, or an error in fulfillment — you must contact us immediately upon receipt of the package with clear photos of:

• The item

• The packaging

• The shipping label

This allows us to assess the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Many of our products are one-of-a-kind and may be prepared for shipment shortly after purchase.

Shipping

• Items are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

• Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we consider the order complete.
